Initial consultation - serves to set the groundwork as to what the client is expecting from the planner and what the client is planning to do. The client may be the bride, groom, mother or father of the bride, mother or father of the groom or any combination of these people.

Unlimited phone calls, emails, and meetings.

Budget confirmation - before considering any venues or making appointments with any vendors all parties must agree on the total budget for the wedding.

Arrange and attend venue tours.

Review each venue's Wedding Package and help select the best ceremony/reception location.

Vendor interviews and selection - Florist, Photographer, DJ, etc.

Ceremony/Reception design plan.

Attend vendor and venue appointments. Communication with both venue and vendors continues until wedding is concluded. Confirmation calls placed to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day.

Visit to ceremony/reception sites prior to wedding.

Development of a detailed wedding ceremony and reception timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors.

Wedding Rehearsal Supervision 1.5 hours (time + date to be determined) if desired.

Decorate or oversee decorating of event site per client’s specifications.

Wedding Decor: to be delivered by client to ceremony and/or reception venue prior to the wedding day. 

Should Poppy Productions need assistance the Day Of services, Poppy Productions will hire staff at no additional charge to the couple.

On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding. Services are complete at the conclusion of dinner service.
