Decor design plan.

Attend vendor and venue appointments. Communication with both venue and vendors continues until event is concluded. Confirmation calls placed to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before event.

Visit to venue prior to event (if needed).

Development of a detailed timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors.

Decorate or oversee decorating of event site per client’s specifications.

On-site coordination as event liaison.
